Centre of Economics and Finance, the Chinese University of Hong Kong

The center is part of the Asian Corporate Governance Network, which comprises the following centers:

Hong Kong: The Center for Institutions and Governance, the Chinese University of Hong Kong
Japan: Center for Economic Institutions, Hitotsubashi University
Korea: Asian Institute of Corporate Governance, Korea University

Global network

The center is linked up with the International Institute for Corporate Governance at Yale University. Professor T.J. Wong (Director) and Professor Joseph Fan (Deputy Director) serve as senior research associates at the institute.
