Objective
This two-day program focuses on the ethnical business applications of the art and science of influence as endorsed by Dr. Cialdini, author of the ground-breaking book "Influence: Science and Practice". This book presents a systematic way to persuade people to respond positively to your ideas and requests and to improve your working relationships.
Participants will be able to:
- have a clear understanding of the main principles of influence as illustrated through the science of influence;
- apply the main principles of influence through specific examples;
- convince people to do what you need to do in a timely fashion and;
- build more effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and subordinates.
