The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business

The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business (APIB) is the vehicle through which the Business Faculty makes its fine tradition of teaching and research available to the business community. Positioned as the premier provider of executive education, APIB has a mission to empower managers and companies in meeting business challenges in Hong Kong and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. To better meet these challenges we have embarked on new partnerships with consortia of top business schools overseas to launch innovative graduate programs. We have renewed long-term partnerships with leading Hong Kong businesses and ministries and companies in China to train their senior managers in finance, accounting and human resource management. We welcome high level opportunities to interact with the business world, making available the expertise of our faculty members and receiving intellectual challenge and stimulus in return.

APIB offers both award-bearing diploma programs and executive training programs, all of which are designed to combine the best business practices and the latest management theories, with a special focus on relevance and application. CUHK Business School’s expertise in China and the region offers participants, the added value of broad insights into the latest development in the Asian markets. Distinguished scholars from leading institutions around the world and veteran executives from the business, industrial and government sectors are also invited to be guest speakers in different programs.
