Professor Liu Mingkang -- China in Transition
Prof. Liu Mingkang

Mr. LIU Mingkang served as the first Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) between March 2003 and October 2011. He is a member of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. He is the Deputy Director of the Committee for Economic Affairs of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

He’s now teaching China in Transition to MBA students.

Prof. Giles Brennand

Professor Giles Brennand has twenty years’ experience based in Hong Kong as a management consultant working with top executives and shareholders to improve performance of major institutions. As a partner with Boston Consulting Group for six years as well as leading the Hong Kong office, he also had responsibility for the Financial Services industry and the Organisation practice for Greater China, and the Insurance industry across Asia.

He teaches Corporate Governance; Management in multi-cultural institutions: Financial Services in Asia.

Professor Wilton Chau -- Venture Capital/ Private Equity
Prof. Wilton Chau Professor Wilton Chau is the founder and Managing Partner of QLeap Asia. Currently, Professor Chau serves as an Executive Board Member in the Centre for Business Innovation and Globalization, CUHK. He is also an Adjunct professor in the Department of Finance and teaches two courses: "Private Equity & Venture Capital" and "New Venture Business Project (Fundraising for Entrepreneurial Venturing)" in the MBA program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
