| Graduation Requirements |

| 1) |
Part-time students must complete 48 units to graduate, unless exemption is granted. |

| 2) |
A student must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.70 to graduate. |
| |
|
| 3) |
Any student in the MBA Programme (Evening or Weekend Modes) whose cumulative grade-point average is below 2.70 at the end of his third term or after completion of seven courses, or below 2.70 at the end of the sixth term or after completion of thirteen courses will be dropped from the Programmes. |

| 4) |
A student receiving a "D" or "F" grade must repeat the course or take an approved substitute course. Although the student's transcript will include the original grade, only the grade received on the make-up course will be counted in computing their overall grade-point average. |

| 5) |
Any student who receives four grades of C+ or below, or receives two grades of "D" or "F" will be dropped from the MBA Programmes. |

IT Proficiency Requirement
All students are required to pass the IT Proficiency Test before they graduate. Students will not be allowed to graduate if they do not pass the test. Students can find more details about the test at http://www.sitc.cuhk.edu.hk/ |
Student performance is assessed on a course by course basis. Grades for graduate-level courses are recorded by letter,
but grade points are used to compute averages. The letter grades and the corresponding grade points are as follows:
