Part-time MBA

Graduation Requirements


  1. Part-time students must complete 48 units to graduate, unless exemption is granted.

  2. A student must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.70 to graduate.

  3. Any student in the MBA Program (Evening or Weekend Modes) whose cumulative grade-point average is below 2.70 at the end of his third term or after completion of seven courses, or below 2.70 at the end of the sixth term or after completion of thirteen courses will be dropped from the Programs.

  4. A student receiving a "D" or "F" grade must repeat the course or take an approved substitute course. Although the student's transcript will include the original grade, only the grade received on the make-up course will be counted in computing their overall grade-point average.

  5. Any student who receives four grades of C+ or below, or receives two grades of "D" or "F" will be dropped from the MBA Programs.

Grading System

 

Student performance is assessed on a course by course basis. Grades for graduate-level courses are recorded by letter, but grade points are used to compute averages. The letter grades and the corresponding grade points are as follows:
