While our faculty members' research interests are extensive, a special focus of our research efforts rests on emerging economies in Asia, China in particular. In view of the emerging role of Asia in the global arena, we believe insights in Asian markets will definitely shape the outlook of the world economy.

One of our many initiatives is the publication of a "China Focus @CUHK", which is a collection of selected China business researches of the Faculty. Ten timely topics including entrepreneurship, corporate governance, localization of managers, international business negotiations are covered. Insights developed from these research efforts are essential in understanding the historic and tremendous changes taking place in China.
