"It was a great pleasure to attend the recording of the radio programme to learn from Mr Paul T. S. Yin. Mr Yin’s anecdotes were very interesting, especially the funny stuff during his childhood. I learned a lot more about the changes of the Hong Kong manufacturing industry over the past few decades. Mr Yin’s golden words were truly inspiring. Improvements can always be made. In today’s highly competitive world, there is no end to what can be done. I would also like to express my gratitude to CUBA and Professor Andrew C.F.       Winnie Che Hiu-man reflects on Mr Philip Chen’s talk:
"I believe everyone will agree that business is not only about textbook knowledge or theory. One of the best ways to gain a better understanding of the current market and various management philosophies is to learn from prominent industry leaders. On 18th August, we were honored to meet Mr Philip Chen for an interactive sharing session. Mr Chen is currently the Chairman of John Swire & Sons (China) Ltd as well as the Deputy Chairman of Cathay Pacific.

Besides sharing about his business insights and Swire’s latest development projects in the China market, Mr Chen also gave us inspiration on both personal growth and career development. Indeed, Mr Chen has been with Cathay Pacific for more than 30 years, and I was so fascinated by his unparalleled passion towards the dynamic aviation industry. As he reminded us to do during the talk: defend our own values, discover our interests, keep an open mind on everything and handle challenges with wholehearted effort and a flexible mindset. I believe we’ll be able to achieve anything when we can uphold this attitude."
