Otherwise, the curriculum for the Stream is generally the same as the curriculum for the IBBA Programme, including the choice of concentrations within IBBA, which currently consist of concentration options offered by the Departments of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics (DSE), Finance (FIN), Management (MGT), or Marketing (MKT).

Degree Awarded
Students in this Stream of the IBBA Programme, upon satisfying the IBBA Programme and concentration requirements, will graduate with the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA); the transcript will indicate “BBA - Integrated BBA Programme” and the relevant concentration. The BBA degree is not contingent upon progression to the JD degree, and students may choose not to pursue the JD programme. Additionally, students should be aware that entry to the legal profession is contingent upon successful completion of the JD programme and other requirements imposed by the legal profession including successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).
Admission to the JD programme
Graduates of this Stream of the IBBA Programme, provided they satisfy the conditions listed below, will be guaranteed entry to the JD programme in the year of graduation from this Stream of the IBBA Programme; such eligibility for entry can be deferred for up to 3 years if so approved by the School of Law. The conditions for a place in the JD programme are: (1) students must receive first or upper second honours for the BBA degree, and (2) students should normally have passed all their undergraduate courses.
The normative period for the JD programme is 24 months full-time or 42 months part-time. The JD is a self-financed postgraduate programme; the fees for the JD programme for the academic year 2007-08 will be HK$216,000. The JD degree is recognized by the legal profession in Hong Kong as a prerequisite qualification to apply for entry to the PCLL, and upon successful completion of the PCLL, for entry to the legal profession.
