To cater an increase of target participants or changes of needs as company evolves. The precedent programme with adjustments is made to accommodate the changes. APIB’s experienced team will continue to explore with companies to identified needs for more in-depth or wider scope programmes to create additional values and benefits to the long-term business and people development of organizations. An adapted programme is also recommended to serve the other levels or departments of mangers with specific tools and framework to equip and prepare them for the next level in their career development.
