Applicants will receive an email with all submitted details. Please print the email and mail it together with the following documents: |

An application fee of $150 made payable by crossed cheque or bank order to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong". This fee is non-refundable. |

Copies of academic certificates/transcripts and professional qualifications |
| • |
A copy of Hong Kong ID card or passport |
| • |
1 recent photograph in size of 1.5 x 2 inches |

For DBM / EDABM / EDFIN / EDMKT applicants, the following additional documents are needed: |

A copy of testimonial or other evidence of your current and past working experience and job responsibilities |

The program director welcomes all applicants to submit a one-page essay to illustrate his/her motivations for enrolment, academic or career plans and potential contributions to the program |

For FPEP applicants, the following additional documents are needed: |

A copy of your Student / Staff Card if you are a CUHK student or staff; a copy of your valid bank staff card if you wish to enjoy the corporate rate |

Proof of completion of CFP M1-FFP if you are applying for other CFP modules |
