This Programme is offered jointly with Sun Life Ltd (former CMG Asia Ltd). The objective is to ensure that the agency members and internal staff continue to possess updated knowledge, professional competence and high standards in providing advice and service to existing and potential clients.

The Programme consists of three levels and participants successfully completing different levels of the Programme shall be awarded a certificate/diploma issued by The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The first intake enrolling 150 participants was launched in May 2003.  The first batch of students completing all three levels graduated in November 2005.  Up to the present this 3-level program has registered over 1,200 participants.   The 5th intake is planned to commence in April 2007.
