陳永堅先生

MR. CHAN Wing Kin, Alfred

Mr Alfred Chan is Managing Director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas).

For the past seven years, Mr Chan has fostered Towngas' expansion within mainland China by establishing a number of city piped gas joint ventures and developing energy infrastructure projects.

Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, a Member of the Hong Kong Occupational, Safety and Health Council and serves on other professional Councils.

As Chair of the Hong Kong Management Association's Quality Award Organising Committee since 2001, Mr Chan has given strong support to developing quality concepts within the business community. He is also keenly interested in higher education and has an advisory role at several other universities.

陳永堅先生為香港中華煤氣有限公司 (煤氣公司)常務董事。

過去七年，陳氏帶領煤氣公司，積極開拓?地市場，成立了多個城市管道燃氣合資企業，以及發展能源基建項目。

陳氏持有香港大學理學學士及碩士學位，專修機械工程及工業工程。陳氏為香港工程師學會院士、職業安全健康成委員，並擔任多個專業團體的公職。

陳氏自 2001年起出任香港管理專業協會優質管理獎籌組委員會的主席，致力推動商界奉行優質管理。陳氏對發展高等教育亦不遺餘力，為香港多間大學的諮詢委員會委員。
