Mr. Wong, Kam-shing is the Managing Director of Kowloon Watch Company after his father, which he has headed since 1973. His father, Mr. Wong Ho-hung, founded the company in 1952 and was a highly-respected member of the watch and clock trade.
Mr. Wong is active in the industry and society. He currently holds multiple chairman and consultant positions in various organizations like the Scout Association of Hong Kong – Kowloon Region, Hong Kong Management Association, the Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades and Industries, Hong Kong Trade Development Council – Watch and Clock Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Retail Management Limited and Prince Edward District Committee.
Mr. Wong has been very generous and supportive to develop business students. He has contributed tremendously to the Faculty of Business Administration of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was a former mentor in the Executive Mentor Programme in 1999-2001, and the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Outstanding Business Students Programme in 2002. Mr. Wong also sponsored the Faculty's Summer Internship Programme by offering internship opportunities.
Mr. Wong was educated at St. Paul Boy's College (H.K.) and the Swiss Watch Technical Centre. He holds an EMBA from the University of Ottawa.
Mr. Wong is 56 years old. He was born in Hong Kong, the eldest of seven children. He is married to Lucy Sun and has three children.
黃錦成先生乃九龍表行董事總經理。九龍表行由黃錦成先生父親黃賀雄先生於1952年創立，黃老先生在鐘錶行業備受尊敬。黃錦成先生於1973年起繼其父親領導九龍表行。
黃先生在鐘錶行業裡及社會活動方面也非常活躍。他目前擔任多個組織的主席及顧問，例如香港童軍總會－九龍地域、香港管理協會、香港鐘錶業總會、香港貿易發展局鐘錶諮詢委員會、香港零售業管理協會及太子分區委員會等。
黃先生十分支持香港中文大學工商管理學院的學生活動。他曾任「師承計劃」的導師（1999至2001）、「傑出商學院學生計劃」顧問委員會主席（2002）。黃先生亦於去年參加「暑期培訓計劃」，為商學院同學提供暑期實習機會。
黃先生畢業於香港聖保羅男書院及瑞士鐘錶技術中心，並擁有渥太華大學之EMBA學位。
現年56歲的黃先生，出生於香港，是家裡的長子。他與孫梨小姐結婚，現在育有三名子女。
