Mr. Wong Kam-Pui Wilfred is currently the Director Human Resources of Duty Free Shoppers Hong Kong Limited. He joined the Company in 1997. His current regional responsibility includes Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea.
Prior to the present appointment, Mr. Wong worked for Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and was responsible for the Performance Management, Welfare Benefits, Personnel Administration, HR Information Systems and CLK Relocation Project for the airline. He was the pioneer and designer of the airline's current HRIS. Before that, he also worked for Standard Chartered Bank and World-wide Shipping (Agency) Limited.
Mr. Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree (Hon) in Business Administration. He is a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management and the Hong Kong Computer Society.
Being the founding Vice-President of the BBA Alumni Association of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Mr. Wong has been very supportive to the alumni and student activities of the Faculty of Business Administration. He has been a mentor in the Faculty's Executive Mentor Programme.
黃錦沛先生於一九九七年加入DFS國際集團香港店至今，現職人力資源總監。黃先生負責管轄地區業務範圍包括香港、澳門、台灣及韓國。
出任DFS國際集團香港店人力資源總監前，黃先生曾任職於國泰航空公司，負責員工工作表現評估、薪酬福利、人事管理、人力資源資料系統及赤角機場搬遷計劃等。黃先生富豐富的人事管理經驗，更為國泰航空公司現所採用人事資訊系統管理的設計及開拓者。在這之前，黃先生亦曾於渣打銀行及環球輪船（代理）有限公司任職。
黃先生畢業於香港中文大學工商管理學院，現為香港人力資源管理學會及香港電腦學會會員。
黃先生為香港中文大學工商管理學院本科生校友會創會副會長，一向致力於推動及參與校友會及學生活動，亦曾為學院「師承計劃」之導師。 |
