Mission
Our research expertise spans a number of areas including corporate governance, institutions, accounting and corporate policies, agency and contracting issues, financial reporting, analyst forecasts and auditing.
With the newly established Center of Institutions and Governance, our group has laid the foundation to be the leader in corporate governance research in China and Asia.

Research
centers
In July 2005,
we established the Center of Institutions and Governance. The Centers objective is to
promote and engage in research, organize international conference and facilitate
research collaboration of Asian and mainland scholars. We focus on how
institutions affect governance, accounting and corporate policies of Asian,
especially Chinese firms.
